Wickham Market is a picturesque market town lying between the larger town of Ipswich and the seaside town of Aldeburgh.
This lovely
market town has many Georgian and timber framed buildings and is surrounded by the Suffolk countryside with an abundance of
wildlife. There are some fantastic
walking and
cycling opportunities and there is an overall feeling of tranquillity wherever you go.
At the towns heart is the historical All Saints Church which mainly dates from 1299 but was extensively restored in the 19th century and is well worth a visit.
In and around Wickham Market there is a bountiful supply of lovely
self-catering cottages,
farms and
B&B’s giving the holiday-maker a choice of accommodation to stay in.
