Primrose House was originally two houses that have been knocked together to create a holiday cottage in the Suffolk seaside town of Lowestoft. There are four bedrooms (two doubles, one twin and one with bunk beds) and a sofa bed in one of the sitting rooms, making it suitable for up to ten people. Also in the cottage are two family bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a dining room with open fire, two sitting rooms, one with open fire and one with gas fire, and a games room for the children. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture and play equipment. With just a short walk to the beach and an amusement park on the edge of the town, Primrose House is a superb family holiday cottage.

Note: The owner has a selection of beach equipment including towels, chairs, parasol, windbreak and toys which are available to hire by arrangement.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
